Chul Park was born in Yeongil City, China on June 1969. At a young age Park was greatly interested in paintings. Therefore, Park studied in Gilim Fine Art Institute. After that, he has been working full-time as an artist since 1995. Many of his works were displayed in exhibitions such as Beijing Art Exhibition, Gilim Art Exhibition and Art Expo New York. In addition, he has gotten an award in the 2008 Beijing Art Exhibition.
